(2) Cat C15 540 hp diesel engines, equipped with limiting speed governor, air throttle actuator, lube and fuel filters, alternator and flywheel housing, high ambient radiators and suction fan, engine kill valve, electric start, both engines can run at the same time or only one if adequate.

Allison S6061 RB Model 6-speed transmission, converter and oil cooler, air over hydraulic controls with air line indicator system, controls available at operator’s console and in drivers cabin.

Drawworks

Model 4212 drum winch assembly, Faywick 28VC-1000 clutch outside drawworks frame, brakes are 42” dia x 12” wide, lined with 1” x 12”, API drilled brake blocks, brake rims are removable with rings for splash water cooling.  Brake operation shafts are mounted on ball bearings, self engaging and release by operator.  Drum barrel is 18” dia x 38” long, mounted on double row self-aligning spherical roller bearings on a 6-1/2” drum shaft, clutch single line pull is 42,500 lb on bare drum and first gear.

Centralized lubrication system.

Closed loop brake cooling system with 425 gal tank , leveling indicator.

ASA-100-3 (1-1/4”) pitch, triple stand roller chain, chain drive from input sprocket to sprocket on jackshaft, ASA-100-3 (1-1/4”) pitch, triple stand, roller chain as final drive to main drum.

Lebus grooved for 1-1/8” wireline, Parmac 202 Hydrodrynamic brake assembly with dual rotary, Faywick 28VC 1000 air clutch, Cushman Model 279 combined gearbox with right angle gearbox and drop box.  Sandline drum with 42x8 brake for handlig 16,500 ft of 9/16” wireline on drum, removable brakes for water splash cooling of brake rims, 26,000# single line pull.

Mast

114’ x 330,000# (with 8 lines) and 365,000# with 10 lines, designed to withstand 69 mph winds, telescoping twin box structure, 2-section with upper section telescopign into lower section for rig move operation, automtic mast latching in raised or lowered position, lock and operating control located at base of mast, ladder from base  to crown with safety blocks per personnel, all necessary chains, turnbuckles, pins, etc, 4” standpipe rated 5000 lb.

Hydraulic telescoping substructure, working floor hiehgt of 17.5’ (5.3m) with 14’ clear under rotary beams, 4.5’ max hiehgt when scoped down for transport, 10’6” max width when scoped down, 365,000# capacity on rotary beams, 225,000# at setback, sub base equipped with fold out wings, total floor area 18’ x 18’, handrails, stairway, pipe ramp, (2) tong backup poles in drilling configuration, rat and mousehole access, BOP handling system with 2 rails integrated under the floor, each rail rated at 5 ton.  Carrier ramp is included with sub, 10’ wide to allow rig to rest completely on base of ramp (comes in 2 sections).
