 (TZJ40/2250)  Trailer-mounted Drilling Rig (Ref#3926N)

 

 

1. Description

 

This Rig was manufactured in China in Oct., 2006 and was put in use in March,2007.This rig was manufactured according to oil drilling international standard. All main components  comply with all relevant API and other customarily accepted specifications . It has many advantage, such as reasonable composition, easy to operate and safe to equipment and people，easy to rig up , rig down and rig move.  

This Rig  is made up of seven systems: hoisting system, power supply system, mud circulating system, well control system, air supply system, drilling instrument  system and assistant system.

 

2.Basic Technical Specifications

 

Drilling Rate: 4000 meters(13500ft)  with 4 1/2” drill pipe, 3200 meters(10500ft)  with 5” drill pipe

 

Power System – Engines: total 5272 HP(2 motor for pumps:2884HP .2 CAT3412 on unit:1300HP.2 VOLVO generator in light plant:1088HP)

 

Mast or Derrick: Gross nominal capacity:500 klbs, API static hook load capacity: 500 klbs

 

Substructure: Rig floor setback capacity: 13500ft  4 1/2” drill pipe, Height under rotary table beams 16ft, Height of substructure:20ft.

 

Drawworks: Input power (continuous):1300 HP,

 

Hook block: Ratting load : 500klbs

 

Swivel: Ratting load:  500klbs

 

Rotary table: Ratting load: 980klbs, Max.opening diameter:27.5 inch., Rotary table Max.speed range: 75-200 rpm.

 

Mud pumps: two (2) triplex pumps with total power of 2600HP, Maximum pressure rating: 5000 psi 

 

·  BOP Stack: Bag type preventor 5,000 psi size 13 5/8”, Ram type preventor 5,000 psi size 13 5/8” and provide with  5 1/2",5" ,4 1/2" rams, as well as blind rams.

 

Shale Shakers: Number of shakers: 2

 

Mud tank system: Total 1268 bbl capacity.(include  pre-mix pit, mix pit)
